🌹🎶 Pumpkin Season 🎶🌹

Grinning pumpkins and the bubbling of autumnal soup announce that October is here. Fluffy squirrel tails bounce about in the hunt for nutty treasures amongst conker-strewn pathways. Curtains of rain have closed behind summer and the icy fingers of Jack Frost have started tickling chilly mornings. The voyage  into the misty depths through the gateway of Halloween/ Samhain beckons. Like our nut-gathering friends, as the days draw in, we can focus on what will nourish us through the darker times - whether that's a big pot of soup, warm pair of gloves or uplifting singsong in good company.

As it's the spooky, scary season, this month's vlog (below) is about 
Doing the Thing in a way which gently overcomes fear whilst allowing us to access the magic and medicine of our creativity.
